    Our Founder.

    Alwyn Knox has over 20 years of experience recruiting for global blue-chip organisations, as well as small to medium-sized enterprises. Her proven track record evidences her abilities to execute complicated mandates, sourcing hard to fill roles within strict timescales. Alwyn’s passion for people and desire to provide a bespoke service led her to creating Embrace Talent.

    About the charity

    Achieve More! Scotland is a registered SCIO based in Glasgow that delivers programmes to improve young people’s physical and mental health. Most of these young people come from disadvantaged backgrounds and communities. The programmes delivered can be general well-being, confidence and self-esteem, as well as aspirations, personal responsibility and life chances.

    This is achieved by engaging them in structured, positive activities that work across communities and are delivered by role models.

    These activities take place within schools and communities. Within areas of high social deprivation, their diversionary activity for young people takes the form of sports, physical activity, group-work, volunteering, employability and personal development sessions.

    Their school-based activity includes one-to-one sessions, structured curriculum time activity sessions and activity at breakfast, lunch and after-school club
